Phillip A. Scott
Founder/CEO
Phillip Scott is the CEO of Delvmore Studios, a video production company that is proud to call Tampa, FL its home. For the past 10 years, Phillip has been creating media content for different business, organizations, and artist. He is a graduate of Florida A&M University and a proud member of the Delta Iota chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi. Phillip has previously worked as an educator in the Hillsborough county public school system. A quote that he lives his life by is "Faith without works, is dead."
Beryl Colbert
Creative Director
Beryl is a creative powerhouse heading up creative direction, production design and everything aesthetic in between. Her experience in the arts, project management and creating dynamic content whether that be for tech, beauty, entertainment or otherwise make her a true asset.

Earning her BA in Psychology and Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida continued to add perspective to her creative work, leading her to create impactful content for health and wellness focused organizations.
Justin Gray
Producer
For the last eight years Gray served as a member of the Producers’ Group Board for the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. The Producers’ Board oversees programming and fundraising for the Straz, the largest performance arts facility in the Southeast United States. From 2004-2008, Gray attended the University of Notre Dame where he majored in Economics. Gray was born in Tampa, FL.
